Both types of wheat flour – plain and self-rising – are produced through finely ground wheat and they differ by the size of the particles. Plain flour has extremely fine-textured and its colour is pure white. Its greatest advantage is that it is excellent for baking. We recommend it for preparation of white bread, pastry and cakes and we guarantee that your dough made from Čakovečki mlinovi flour will be just as fluffy as it is supposed to.
