Semi-white flour is produced from peripheral parts of the wheat kernel and hence it contains more proteins, mineral substances and vitamins than white flour and it also has higher nutritional value. Semi-white flour is primarily intended for preparation of homemade bread and we are aiming to remind you of an old custom of adding mashed potatoes into bread dough, which will extend the shelf life of your bread and result in bread with extremely spongy inside.
